Does anyone have expereince freezing and reheating Indian cuisine?

I intend to cook an Indian K? Surface lasts three weeks. K-I, could I? Make Aloo Gobi (cauliflower and m? Changing potatoes) or Palak Paneer (? Spinach cottage cheese) and Chana Masala (chickpeas). I will definitely make some Dal. Who knows what else, but I wonder if anyone here ad? J? or this (or other Indian dishes)? advance and freeze them f? R sp? Ter. How can they have?
